A total of 336ha (223ha + 112ha) used for Pineapple and Nguni (70) livestock farming.
The soil is of such condition that the total farm area can be used for Pineapple farming and soil is 4 degrees warmer in this area cutting down the cycle time to 21 months. Generally Pineapples are harvested twice every five years. The first harvest is at 26 to 30 months and the second harvest is 18 months later. The planting of pineapples is staggered to ensure the pineapples can be harvested for most of the year. The Cultivar that is being produced is the smooth-leaf Cayenne Pineapple. Cayenne's larger size and higher juice content make it suitable for processing into juice and canned pineapple products. Around 4000 Tons of pineapples are produced per year.
The property enjoys a good annual rainfall, has 7 boreholes of which only 2 gets used and 2 dams. There are also 2 reservoirs (60 000l) and water tanks for water use at the Farm house and Shed.
Farm house consist of Kitchen, 2 X Lounges, Dining area 3 bedrooms and bathrooms.Close to the farm house there is a small building with an Office, and Sewing room.

A small part of the farm is tenanted and used by Farm Security as their base which assists with security.
